Opus’ retail colocation is available to enterprise customers looking for housing IT equipment (servers, switches, routers etc.) in a 3rd party hosting facility where space, power, network connectivity and other additional services are provided. We offer space in Tier III+ data centers located in Oregon and Virginia.

Opus Interactive Full Cabinet and Cage Colocation Services are available on 12, 24, 36, 48 and 60-month contract terms. Terms are variable by datacenter location and size of requirement. Discounted rates are available for longer term commitments. Please discuss with your Opus Interactive account manager.

Opus Interactive Shared Colocation and Colocation Condo offerings are available on month-to-month contract terms.

Our facilities have 24×7 manned security and security gates to protect your mission critical equipment. They are not accessible to the public.

• Secure full cabinet and cage customers: Full 24/7 access to the datacenter and space where their equipment is located.
• Shared colocation customers: Escort access can be arranged through Opus Interactive Support Portal.

Opus Interactive guarantees to maintain Internet connectivity to your hosted equipment at 100%.

Our Tier III+ datacenters located in Oregon and Virginia have space available today.

Small colocation requirements can in most cases be accommodated immediately within existing rack space. Larger requirements will vary depending on size of requirement and the chosen datacenter.

For Colocation, you own and operate your own IT hardware and host this hardware in a physical space provided and maintained by Opus Interactive.

For managed or cloud services, the server is not owned by you – it is owned by Opus Interactive and is provided to you on a rental or lease arrangement. The server is owned, operated and supported by Opus Interactive – reducing your IT support costs moving you from CAPEX to OPEX.

A Tier III data center, as defined by the Uptime Institute, is a concurrently maintainable facility designed to deliver 99.982% uptime (approximately 1.6 hours of allowable downtime per year). This means the infrastructure can undergo planned maintenance, repairs, or component replacements without interrupting power, cooling, or IT operations to the customer equipment.

Key characteristics of Tier III certification include:
